Tales Abe and Wendel Marques

Tales joined Ashcroft in 2007 as an intern and has built his career through a variety of technical and commercial roles, including OEM leadership positions. He holds a degree in Marketing from Paulista University, along with technical certifications in Electronics and Mechanics from State Technical School Jorge Street. Throughout his career, Tales has participated in Ashcroft’s Train the Trainer program, presented success stories at Global and Americas Sales Meetings, and completed a six-week exchange program with U.S. teams. He has also received multiple sales recognitions from Ashcroft USA. Wendel Marques has been with Ashcroft since 1999 and brings extensive experience in engineering, product improvement, and manufacturing processes. Throughout his career, he has contributed to product and production process improvements, as well as Lean initiatives at Ashcroft’s Brazil facility. Wendel also collaborates closely with the Stratford team on Power BI initiatives, supporting the Global Supply Chain Director with data and insights that help inform supply chain decisions.
